There are a lot of hydrating ‘mists’ on the market right now.  So in this Misty Morning article, I\u2019ve tried to highlight the difference between a spritzing toner and an ‘all day, every way’ hydrating mist. A little spray of simple joy can lift your spirits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never used to enjoy \u2018spritzing\u2019 my face.\u00a0 I didn’t like the anticipation of holding my breath; squeezing my eyes shut and sucking my lips in. Only to then be hit in the face by what felt like a bucket of water – as if I was in an internet challenge.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But funnily enough, I love them now because of one small change. The nozzle.  It\u2019s as simple as that!  Now, a genteel mist caresses my facial features instead of a liquid \u2018spurting\u2019 at me.  Using a mist now brings a smile to my face instead of a grimace. Here are a few (plus brand heroes) of my \u2018Misty Morning\u2019 favourites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ark Skincare Hydrating Beauty Mist<\/a> is an ‘all day every way’, (ADEW) treatment, this was my first venture into misting.  And now living in my fridge (sorry Ark if that’s not recommended) it feels so good during hot days or hot flushes.  Wild Water Mint, Aloe Vera and Allantoin soothe and calm skin. Biossance Squalane and Hyalorinic Toning Mist are also an ‘ADEW’. Their squalane is derived from sugarcane which mimics the skin\u2019s natural oils to give weightless and seamless hydration.
