There is something special about listening to an album in full on vinyl just as the way the artist intended. Listening to an album on vinyl can provide a far greater experience, especially as it is a lot more tactile. There are also a handful of records that simply sound better on vinyl and these should be in any collector and\/or music fan&#8217;s vinyl collection. Read on to find out what these albums are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Arctic Monkey: Whatever People Say I Am, That\u2019s What I\u2019m Not<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/theboar.org\/2021\/01\/whatever-people-say-i-am-thats-what-im-not-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">debut album from the now iconic Sheffield-based rock band<\/a> is a great addition to any record collection. The Arctic Monkeys have many great albums to their name these days and each is different from the last, but there is something special about the debut album with classic songs like \u201cThe View From the Afternoon\u201d, \u201cRiot Van\u201d and, of course, \u201cI Bet That You Look Good on the Dance Floor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Beatles: Sgt Pepper\u2019s Lonely Hearts Club Band<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">No record collection is complete without a few Beatles records and the top of your shopping list should be Sgt Peppers. Not only is this one of the band\u2019s most iconic releases dating back to 1967, but it also comes with a brilliant package. It features incredible artwork, cardboard cutouts made by Sir Peter Blake and even a secret track engraved into side two.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daft Punk: Random Access Memories <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Even those that do not consider themselves a fan of electronic music have a love for Random Access Memories by the (recently retired) French duo Daft Punk. This is an album that dominated following its release in 2013 with the music paying tribute to the music from the 70s and 80s, which is also reflected in the packaging. It is also the duo\u2019s richest-sounding record and <a href=\"https:\/\/store.hmv.com\/store\/technology\/turntables\">sounds especially good on a turntable<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Any Winehouse: Back to Black<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Amy Whitehouse\u2019s legendary voice needs to be heard on vinyl to hear its real power and Back to Black\u2019s jazz-based sound makes this a fantastic record to own. This album contains many of the late singer\u2019s most popular songs, including \u201cRehab\u201d, \u201cLove is a Losing Game\u201d and \u201cTears Dry on Their Own\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Metallica: Black Album<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Metallica has enjoyed a resurgence in recent times and found a much younger audience as a result of the song \u201cMaster of Puppets\u201d appearing on Stranger Things. It is the iconic Black Album that sounds best on vinyl, though, with the 2021 reissue showcasing their legendary heavy sound particularly on \u201cEnter Sandman\u201d and \u201cThe Unforgiven\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-secondary-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">These are a few of the best records to own on vinyl that will give you a superior listening experience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Best Albums to Own on Vinyl.
