Skin care has been around for centuries and for many years the food we eat has also been used as part of daily skin care regimens. We didn’t exactly put Avacardo directly on our face, but things like coffee grinds have been used in body scrubs, coconut oil an alternative for frying has been utilized for its moisturising benefits and salt for added taste in our food is of course also a natural exfoliator.
