Step 1<\/strong>: Squeeze and add the wedge of lime to the shaker to extract the full flavour of the lime when shaking. Step 2<\/strong>: Add all other ingredients to the shaker, shake hard then strain into a coupette glass. Step 3<\/strong>: Garnish and serve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong>: 60ml Clean T, 45ml espresso, 25ml licor 43 (substitute with vanilla liqueur or 10ml vanilla syrup for non-alc. version), Cocktail glass, Ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Add Clean T, espresso and Licor 43 to a shaker. Step 2<\/strong>: Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard and fast. Step 3<\/strong>: Strain into a cocktail glass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clean Margarita<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong>: 50ml Clean T, 50ml fresh lime juice, 1 tsp of agave syrup, Pinch of salt to taste, Salt and 2 lime wedges to garnish with Ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of a tumbler and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered. Step 2<\/strong>: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice and agave. Step 3<\/strong>: Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold. Step 4<\/strong>: Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Step 5<\/strong>: Serve with a wedge of lime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong>: 50ml Clean V Spiced Apple, 30ml ginger shot, 30ml pressed apple juice, 1 (1\/6) wedge lime squeezed, 50ml sparkling water, Glass – highball<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Add Clean V, a ginger shot, pressed apple juice and sparkling water to a tall glass. Step 2<\/strong>: Take a wedge of lime and squeeze the juice into the glass. Step 3<\/strong>: Fill the glass with ice then garnish with two fine wedges of lime on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
