Once again the London Design Festival is nearly upon us . Now in it’s second year the Visa Sponsored West End Design Quarter (WEDQ)<\/a> presented by designjunction <\/a>2014 has evolved \u00a0and has a trade route outlining some of the best trade showrooms in the West End and a retail route with shops presenting a range of offers to Visa card holders. The dedicated routes\u00a0will enable\u00a0the hundreds of thousands of visitors\u00a0to visit the best design led stores and showrooms in the iconic West End.<\/p>\n

The WEDQ<\/a> has retail offers throughout the West End in shops including Tracey Neuls, <\/a>Skandium,<\/a> The Do Shop<\/a>, Heals,<\/a> The Conran Shop<\/a>, \u00a0Getty Images Gallery<\/a>, Bo Concept<\/a>, Artemide<\/a> and many more and with all these offers located easily within walking distance, this has to be the best district within the festival! Visitors can expect exclusive shopping promotions, \u00a0one-off in-store events, installations, workshops and talks.<\/p>\n

The trade route has installations and in-store activity at The Republic of Fritz Hansen<\/a>, Domus<\/a>, Material Lab<\/a>, Ligne Roset, <\/a>Vola<\/a> and S\u00e9.<\/a> \u00a0Also plotted on the trade route are cultural highlights around Regent Street <\/a>and The RIBA Regent Street Window Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n

designjunction<\/a> will be part of the WEDQ and\u00a0provides an opportunity to purchase cutting edge design from a range of\u00a0independent\u00a0designers showcasing their products for the first time as well as from design innovators such as Alessi <\/a>and Tom Dixon<\/a> who will be exhibiting. With some events and offers extending into early November and with 30 stores forming part of the shopping promotion this is surely going to be a shoppers paradise.<\/p>\n

I am super excited to see the RIBA Regent Street Windows Project 2014<\/a> where some of London’s most prestigious retailers have teamed up with leading architectural practices to create an array of stunning architectural window installations.<\/p>\n
