A couple of weeks later, you meet and she suggests that you start working on a documentary on Black people; you agree, and you start meeting more often…’ This is an excerpt from the novel Open Water, by Caleb Azumah Nelson, which has inspired the latest fragrance from Miller Harris, Legato Eau de Parfum. It is this particular passage from the book<\/a><\/strong> that has inspired this perfume. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Down an escalator, exchanging nothings as you avoid the impending split, she’s heading to north London, to a house party, you’re south, to meet friends. On the concourse, you press her cheek against yours, wrap arms around a lithe body you have grown to know, the small moans of reluctance slipping from your mouths not enough to convey what you…\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Love Affair<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love has to be one of the most explored emotions known to living beings. From art to literature, film to music, it is explored through pain, happiness, loss and laughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is as ugly as it is beautiful because real love shows everything up, the good, the bad and the ugly<\/a><\/strong>. Love between two means a total vulnerability; the melding into a perfected union. It takes honesty and strength as much as it takes trust and intimacy. Love at its best is alluring and addictive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miller Harris Legato EDP New for 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maybe this was why the perfume Miller Harris chose to use this as a jumping-off point for the new 2025 fragrance Legato Eau de Parfum. Like love perfume has to be a meeting or perfection. Of sometimes strange notes that only work when bought together<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, this is also a cherry perfume, and this luscious fruit has a rich history with the emotions of love. They are associated with love due to their rich symbolism in both art and literature, representing both purity and sensuality, sweetness, and the ephemeral nature of life. In some cultures, they are linked to fertility and sexual ripeness, whilst they can also represent extremes; a duality, when things can be both healing and destructive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new Amber Vanilla Perfume 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This rich perfumed structure opens with juicy cherry think, Cherry smells like a mix of sweet and tart, bright and fruity, with deep and indulgent facets; think ripe and tempting. Aloingside, this opening gambit finds heady, boozy, Rum and more fruit depth from Plum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amber, Benzoin and Sandalwood meld the top into this rich heart. Golden amber warm, sweet, resin and comfort come from Amber, that meets with balsamic, caramely-vanillay elements from Benzoin bringing depth and warmth and finally with a reflective woody note of soft, smooth and creamy Sandalwood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The finale notes are made up of Bourbon Vanilla, Ambrettolide, Orcanox\u2122 and Musk. The deepening brings soft whispers from Musk and fruity musk of Ambrettolide bring sensuality and softness, musky, woody, and ambery aroma are brought into play via Orcanox\u2122 with the majestic other note of Bourbon Vanilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a high-quality type of vanilla from the Vanilla Planifolia Orchid, named after the former name of\u00a0Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(Bourbon Island).\u00a0It is known for its sweet, rich flavour with fruity, caramel, and floral notes and is a highly valued and highest grade version of this ingredient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
