Artisanal Nut Brand Launches Guilt-Free Chocolate-Covered Nuts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, at least, multi-award-winning artisan food brand Nutural World<\/a> has redefined guilt-free snacking with its latest indulgent innovation. Yummy, healthy roasted nuts hand-coated in ethically sourced dark Belgian <\/a><\/strong>chocolate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

London-Based<\/strong> Food Company<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based in London, this artisan producer is renowned for great-tasting nut butters and spreads without any added sugar, oil or artificial flavours. Launching in Autumn, a new collection of nuts covered in Belgian dark chocolate. This collection features six delicious varieties, including Almond, Cashew, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Pecan, and Pistachio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roasted Nuts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each nut is gently roasted and hand-coated in a thin layer of sustainably sourced Belgian dark chocolate<\/a><\/strong> and finished with a light dusting of cacao powder, creating a perfectly balanced sweet and savoury wholesome treat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of that, the cocoa beans used to make the chocolate coating come from farms supported by not-for-profit Cocoa Horizons Foundation, which was established in 2015 to support and improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities globally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crafted London<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crafted in small batches at Nutural World\u2019s London<\/a><\/strong>-based factory, the range is made with simple ingredients – premium nut varieties coated in Belgian dark chocolate – with no added oils or preservatives. The collection lets the ingredients speak for themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Started in 2014, Mordechai “Morai” Chachamu, the man behind Natural World, told .Cent a little about his journey and his love of all things nutty<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are nuts so important to you personally?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuts and seeds are the embryos of trees and plants – it\u2019s incredible that something so small can grow into phenomenal trees and huge plants. That sense of transformation fascinates me. It\u2019s also why our company\u2019s motto is \u201cBringing Nuts to Life\u201d. W<\/em>e aim to highlight the best qualities of nuts and make them a natural part of people\u2019s everyday lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do you think nuts are so important for the rest of us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuts and seeds are among nature\u2019s most nutrient-dense foods. They\u2019re packed with an abundance of essential vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that enrich our diets. Humans have eaten them for thousands of years, but they\u2019re especially important now – when so much of what\u2019s available on supermarket shelves is ultra-processed. Nuts bring us back to real, wholesome nutrition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When did your journey with nuts begin, and how did it all start?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My journey started way back in 2013, when I came across a video that showed how to make Macadamia Butter. I was so mesmerised and fascinated by it that I decided to try and produce it myself at home. I bought a small table-top stone grinder machine and transformed my kitchen into a micro production unit. At first, I sold my products at Farmers’ markets, but gradually expanded to shops and online marketplaces. Now we have food manufacturers that use our products as ingredients as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are some of the key health benefits of nuts?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nuts are nutritional powerhouses. Take Brazil<\/strong> <\/a>nuts, for example, they\u2019re the richest natural source of selenium, an essential mineral that supports immune, thyroid, and reproductive health, and acts as a powerful antioxidant. Just one or two Brazil nuts a day can provide all the selenium you need. Like everything, though, moderation is key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the most unusual place you\u2019ve had to source nuts from, given that they aren\u2019t typically grown here?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Probably the pecan nuts we sourced from Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you able to trace where your nuts and other ingredients come from?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a relatively small producer, we currently rely on larger importers and distributors, but our long-term goal is to build direct relationships with growers. That\u2019s part of our vision as we continue to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that you\u2019ve added dark chocolate to the range, can you tell us what inspired that decision?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a natural evolution. A few years ago, we noticed it was almost impossible to find unsalted and unseasoned roasted nuts – just pure, natural flavour. Staying true to our motto, \u201cBringing Nuts to Life,\u201d<\/em> we focused on letting the taste of the nut shine, with no additives whatsoever. Once those products took off, we realised there was another opportunity: chocolate-coated nuts where you can actually taste the nut, not just the chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We experimented to find the perfect balance – the minimal amount of chocolate to enhance the nut without overpowering it. When we tested it on friends and family, their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, we had another winner on our hands and that\u2019s how the new range was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Was choosing dark chocolate linked to allergy or kosher considerations?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It started quite simply – I\u2019ve always loved dark chocolate! To me, it has a much deeper, more \u2018chocolaty\u2019 flavour than milk chocolate. Of course, there are practical sides too, dark chocolate is naturally dairy-free, which means we could keep all vegan<\/em> certification- something that\u2019s very important to us. And it also comes with health benefits, thanks to its antioxidant properties. So really, it was a combination of personal taste, our values, and wanting to create something that feels indulgent but still aligns with what we stand for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
