This cultural hub is\u00a0constantly a buzz with\u00a0events and this weekend is no exception.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/friezelondon.com\/visitors\/\" target=\"_blank\">Frieze London<\/a> is occurring in the city&#8217;s West End and is\u00a0featuring over 160 of the world&#8217;s galleries for people to view and buy art from leading contemporary artists. Courtesy of Mark Crick\/The Art Fund\/Frieze.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.simonleegallery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Simon Lee Gallery<\/a> is participating in\u00a0Frieze and is presenting three solo exhibitions by Toby Ziegler, Heimo Zobernig and Valerie Snobeck. Each artist has presented their works with the fair in mind and will showcase new paintings and sculptures.\u00a0 Installation pieces by Anri Sala, Ettore Spalletti and Adrian Villar Rojas will be displayed by the <a href=\"http:\/\/mariangoodman.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Marian Goodman Gallery<\/a>\u00a0and each of\u00a0these pieces are different in inspiration, logic and sensibilities.<\/p>\n<p>Anri Sala uses barrel-organ scores to make walls, creates drawings from the lines of composers, authors and psychotherapists and has created a still life masterpiece played by a drum, while\u00a0Ettore Spalletti and Adrian Villar Rojas both employ similar techniques in creating works that transform\u00a0the space whilst also paying homage to traditional Italian frescoes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.theotherartfair.com\/about\" target=\"_blank\">The Other Art Fair<\/a> carefully selects the UK&#8217;s best emerging artists and offers people the chance to meet them and buy their work. East London&#8217;s Old Truman Brewery will house works spanning all mediums by more than 130 artists and guests will also be treated to immersive theatre, live entertainment and a G&amp;T bar.<\/p>\n<p>If you are an art aficionado or someone who would like to learn more then this is the weekend to explore the world of contemporary art!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>London is renowned for being a city\u00a0the with some of the world&#8217;s best\u00a0free galleries and museums.
