Many paintings included bizarre, idiosyncratic designs that helped lead the progression and change of art in the 20th century. At first Surrealism was rejected by society but over time the movement pushed through and changed the way that art had been defined forever onwards.\u00a0Ren\u00e9 Magritte was a key figure in the world of surrealism, his iconic paintings of men with top hats and also many of his wife, took the world by storm. It is a long awaited and special book for many of those who have wanted an insight in the mind of Magritte. The book is very personal and allows the reader to delve into and explore the thoughts, personal letters, appreciations of fellow artists, pugnacious interviews, film scrips, poems, manifestos and more of Ren\u00e9 Magritte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Selected Writings\u00a0<\/em>will be available to buy from August
