The terrible atrocities of ww2 were not that long ago and there are still many survivors but it is important to keep ourselves knowledgable about the horrific times people, in not too distant past, have gone though\u2026.we must never forget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enlightening us are 2 new films the \u2018Anne Frank Parallel Stories\u2019 staring award winning actress Helen Mirren and \u2018Quezon\u2019s Game\u2019 both based on true stories.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The story of Anne Frank is a tragic story about the Holocaust. Intertwining with 5 other Holocaust survivors Arianna Szorenyi, Sarah Lichtsztejn-Montard, Helga Weiss and sisters Andra and Tatiana Bucci. Informing you of how they lost their families, friends and youth. The Holocaust but words on the blank pages of Annes diary and the story is now being told.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quezon\u2019s Game is a biographical drama about Philippine President Manuel Quezon, future U.S President Dwight Eisenhower. Telling us the story on how they took in and save 1300 Jewish lives during the Holocaust from the ghetto of Austria and Germany. All while Quezon relapses with tuberculosis, while asking himself \u201ccould I have done more?\u201d.
