Art exists everywhere, from the clothes we wear to the food we eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Art is a form of communication. It helps to express one&#8217;s feelings, thoughts, and expressions. Be it the painters, architects, sculptors or contemporary concept installation artists, the creative mind comes in many forms and often has varied influences.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The convergence of art and fashion is symbiotic. Fashion is like a form of art that lives on a daily basis, attached to the human canvases. It can shape a person&#8217;s identity and help them to communicate who they are, who they want to be, where they are going and where they have been.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And that\u2019s what shoemaker, Christian Louboutin&#8217;s L&#8217;Exhibition at the Palais de la Porte Dor\u00e9e is all about.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Born in Paris 12th arrondissement, just a few blocks away from the Palais de la Porte Dor\u00e9e, Christian Louboutin was fascinated by the architectural beauty of the museum and its collections. It was here that the then young Christian, noticed a sign-forbidding visitors to wear high-heeled shoes that subsequently inspired his iconic Pigalle shoe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"580\" height=\"376\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Screenshot-2020-04-16-at-11.53.14.png?resize=580%2C376\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73037\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/staging.centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Screenshot-2020-04-16-at-11.53.14.png?w=658&amp;ssl=1 658w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/staging.centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Screenshot-2020-04-16-at-11.53.14.png?resize=300%2C195&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The museum was also Christian\u2019s inspiration for his first creations, like the Maquereau shoe made of metallic leather, which was a tribute to the fish scale from the Aquarium Tropical.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"580\" height=\"387\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/louboutin-600x400-1.jpg?resize=580%2C387\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73038\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/staging.centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/louboutin-600x400-1.jpg?w=600&amp;ssl=1 600w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/staging.centmagazine.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/louboutin-600x400-1.jpg?resize=300%2C200&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fashion in many ways is a manifestation of human art and communication and the designer plays a key role in combining them. The flow of the fabric, the cuts, the layers, the texture and the way it wraps around its canvas can elevate you to a whole new level. Think about how you feel when you find that perfect pair of jeans that snugs in so well or that pair of heels that don\u2019t hurt and look spectacular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talking about heels, no one does it better than Mr Christian.
