Once you are free of halls, you need to find\nsomewhere that is going to be comfortable, affordable, and with a decent\ncommute to the campus. So, should you go it alone or try to find somewhere with\nfriends? Let\u2019s take a look.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Market for Both<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No matter what you are searching for, you should be able to\nfind it. Let\u2019s take an example of a student going into their second year at\nStaffordshire University. They may want to check out the student houses\navailable on <a href=\"https:\/\/student-cribs.com\/locations\/Stoke-on-trent\/\">Student Cribs<\/a> to find the best house share\noptions that Stoke on Trent has to offer for them and their closest friends.\nAlternatively, some quiet rooms to rent in Stoke might be just what they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is often many people\u2019s first tastes of the property\nmarket, even if they are renting. Though it can appear to be cut-throat, it is\nimportant to remember that there are plenty of properties out there for you to\ninvestigate. You could find a studio flat on\nyour own, or you could find a room in a house share with strangers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parties or Studying?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When moving into a house with friends, you need to think\nabout what you are going to be doing this year. While First Year can be often\nbe taken as a laugh on many courses, many need you to knuckle down and put the\nwork in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Living in a house of non-stop partying can make it difficult\nto do that but living on your own or with flatmates who don\u2019t want to party may\nalso be at a detriment to your social life. Trying to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/education\/universityeducation\/student-life\/11100038\/Balance-your-social-and-academic-life-at-university.html\">find\nthat balance<\/a> will be key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finding a home for the second year of university is always a\nfun adventure, but you need to keep some key things in mind. Think about what\nyou want from this year of your education. No matter what you are searching\nfor, be it a home with friends or a home on your own, you should be able to\nfind exactly what you are looking for.
