There are many benefits of using coconut oil on your hair. Coconut oil helps to encourage hair growth and to slow down the process of hair loss. The oil helps to keep the hair soft, shiny and healthy. Coconut oil can also improve the health of your scalp by preventing dandruff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These products are FDA approved and contain mineral-based ingredients, including titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Natural sunscreens reflect the sun, unlike chemical-based products that rely on energy conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Improve your moisturizing regime<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the weather is cold out, our skin needs all the moisture it can get. For a few natural products, try out the following ideas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
