Simply put, the more jobs in the area, and the more quality the jobs are, the more viable tenants you\u2019re going to find to let out to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And finally, a worthy rental investment is going to have a lot of future potential, both on its own merit and because of the area it\u2019s situated in. When you look at your property, can you come up with plans for it? Could you develop the property further from what it currently is? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
