Anne is a lecturer at University of Westminster and the author of ‘Thomas Burke’s Dark Chinoiserie: Limehouse Nights and the Queer Spell of Chinatown’ (Ashgate Press). She contributed to numerous issues of .Cent, including ‘English Decadence at the Fin de Siécle’ published in The Against the Grain Issue guest-edited by Andrew Weatherall.
